PSN has been active on the Czech real estate market since 1991. It has long focused on the renovation of apartment buildings, which remain a core part of its portfolio. Over time, it has also expanded its activities to include the development of modern residential and mixed-use projects. Currently, PSN is involved in projects such as the revitalization of the former Koh-i-noor factory complex in Prague’s Vršovice district, the transformation of the Brno Jedna site and a neighboring brownfield on Plynárenská Street in Brno, and is preparing the construction of a mixed-use building on the site of the former Transgas complex in Prague’s Vinohrady district, in cooperation with Penta Real Estate. In Prague, PSN is currently developing projects such as JITRO, Žít Braník, Bělehradská 29, and Želivského 3. With the Slunečný svah project in Špindlerův Mlýn, it has also entered the recreational housing segment. PSN has been steadily building and managing its own real estate portfolio in Prague, Pardubice, and Brno, covering both rental housing and the leasing of office and commercial spaces. Notable buildings in its portfolio include the Dancing House, the House of Fashion on Wenceslas Square, and City Empiria.
