The carcass of the Adina block of flats was completed this week in the Biografy Barrandov project. The project is going up on the southeast edge of Prague´s Barrandov district under the direction of Bouwfonds ČR bytová výstavba.


The construction of the six-storey building with 19 flats for sale is going ahead according to the fixed schedule and it is slated for completion next spring.


Finishing of construction

The construction, which was begun last September, is proceeding precisely according to the fixed time schedule.


This week the general contractor, CEK stav, completed the carcass. Work will subsequently continue on the glazing of windows and balcony doors as well as on the sewerage, water, gas and electrical distribution networks.


"We are trying to be as accommodating as possible to our future residents, thus the individual flats are built on the basis of their requirements and wishes.


The customers will choose the modifications individually as part of the client changes.


We are convinced that everything will continue as smoothly as it has until now and the new owners will be able to move in at the end of spring or beginning of summer next year," the Director of Bouwfonds, Petr Kouřil, stated. The last six free flats are still available.


How Adina block of flats looks like

The Adina block of flats, by the architects from Studio acht, has 6 storeys and 1 underground level. It offers flats with areas of from 67 m2 to 145 m2 and with layouts of from one to four rooms with kitchenettes.


Each flat has a terrace or a balcony and 1 or 2 parking spots, which will be located on the underground level which is accessed by a covered ramp.


In addition to a two-room flat with a kitchenette, there are also cellar stalls and technical and utility spaces (such as a room for prams and drying room) on the ground level. There are 18 flats located on the other floors; and two large four-room flats with kitchenettes and large terraces in the top floor.


Prices of the flats

The standards and prices of the flats are designed to be mid-range. Plus when fulfilling the set conditions it is possible to get up to a 100% mortgage and significant discounts of the fees from the partner bank ČSOB, which is also an indisputable advantage.
