The occupancy permit for phase one of the exclusive residential complex Heřmanův Dvůr has been granted. This comprises 4 three-storey terraced family houses with a small garden and 3 apartments with a separate entrance. The two apartments on the lower floors are maisonettes, also with their own garden, and there is a loft apartment located in the attic above them.
The first owners can start moving into their new homes very soon. The completion of phase two of the project, an apartment building with 4 apartments and a studio, is planned for February of next year.
