CODECO´S new project is going up on Matějkova Street behind the GONG Theatre in the area of Podvinný mlýn in Prague´s Vysočany district. The block of flats, which takes its name from the street of the same name, Matějkova, offers a total of 61 flats.

Excellent civic amenities, traffic accessibility and high-quality standards for fittings make it an attractive project even before the actual construction gets underway.

CODECO´S new project Matějkova

CODECO has already implemented four residential projects. The fifth project in a row, called Matějkova, will be going up in a sought-after locality characterised primarily by excellent traffic accessibility and the beautiful surrounding natural Podviní Park and the Rokytka Stream.

Just like with the previous projects, this also places an emphasis on spacious and well-planned layouts with an abundance of storage space, a high quality of standards, materials and technologies used with regard to the future operations and maintenance.

The renowned LOXIA architecture atelier is behind the project design.

"The Matějkova block of flats will be built on the last free building plot in this particular area of Vysočany. We purchased the attractive land right next to the natural Podviní Park at the end of April from the Czech and Slovak Investment Advisors fund.

The zoning and planning decision has already been issued for the project, now we are finalising the documentation to submit in order to apply for the building permit. We will start selling the flats immediately after the building permit is issued, which we expect in the autumn.

We would like to begin the actual construction before the end of this year, if the weather permits," said Martin Jan, CODECO's Sales and Marketing Director.

What offers Matějkova residence

A total of 61 flats with a terrace or balcony are planned in the project with layouts of from 1 to 4 rooms with a kitchenette. At least one parking spot and walled cellar stall will be included in the price of each flat. The project´s environs offers complete civic amenities.

A nursery school is located on a side street and an elementary school is also nearby.

The future residents will find shops, restaurants, banks, a post office, important authorities and a medical clinic on the adjacent Sokolovská Street. The nearby O2 Arena and GONG Theatre promise cultural and sports use.

The opening of Galerie Harfa with 190 shops is planned for this autumn, while the already-open Galerie Fénix offers other shops and services.

The traffic accessibility is also excellent. The trip to the centre takes about 10-15 minutes by car or the same when using the mass transit system.

The Českomoravská metro station on the B line is located within walking distance (roughly 300 metres) and a tram stop is only a few steps farther. The Prague - Vysočany train station is also nearby.

"Those interested in a new flat will be able to non-bindingly register on our web pages, thanks to which they will get the advantage of the first information on the beginning of the sales and they will also be able to use price discounts for some of the first clients.

At the same time they will have the opportunity to apply client changes and to adapt the flat to their own ideas after a consultation with the architect. We are also preparing several other special offers from our suppliers concerning the flat fittings, especially for the kitchen and bathroom," Martin Jan added.
