PSN has been operating on the Czech real estate market since 1991 (originally Prague Administration Real estate, rebranding to PSN in 2019). Since its inception, PSN has been devoted to the reconstruction of apartment buildings. While its portfolio still includes reconstruction projects, PSN has undergone considerable development and is currently engaged in the construction of large residential and multi-functional projects. Some compelling new projects include the modification of the Koh-i-noor factory in Prague's Vršovice, the transformation of the Innogy complex in Brno, and the construction of a multifunctional building on the former Transgas site in Prague’s desirable neighborhood Vinohrady, together with the cooperation of Penta Real Estate. Other recently implemented projects include: Vanguard Prague – revitalization of the original factory into 150 unique lofts, BackYard Dejvice – reconstruction of a historic apartment building in Prague 6 or Bydlení Na Vyšinách – reconstruction of an art nouveau house on Letná. PSN has also built its own portfolio of properties in Prague, Pardubice, Hradec Králové and Brno, which it continues to manage, for housing, office, and commercial premises rentals. PSN’s important properties include the Dancing House, the House of Fashion on Wenceslas Square, Krakovská building, and City Empiria.
