Mandava lots
Lots at Mandava near Štiřín In the project Lots at Mandava near Štiřín we offer 11 lots with areas ranging from 814 m2 to 976 m2. The lots are intended for construction of detached houses. This purpose was approved by a Territorial Resolution, which came into force on 3. 8. 2005. There is urban documentation for the area with accent on large lots, clean arrangement and enough privacy guaranteed by large gardens. The project counts with establishment of a bus stop. The following infrastructures are available: - gas mains - water mains - sewage drainage - rain drainage - low voltage electricity network - lighting of public areas - bitumen roads with sidewalks - interlocking pavement between the houses The networks are built with junction-lines to the individual lots! The construction of the detached houses must observe the following limitations set in the Territorial Resolution: - detached houses with no more than 2 above-the-ground floors, the second one containing attics only - the houses may have cellars - max. height of the roof ridge from +/- 0.00 is 9 m, the height of the ledge max. 5 m - the roofs can be saddle roofs, hip roofs, false hip roofs with sky-lights and roof windows, the roofing can be from concrete, ceramics or from smaller pattern templates, the colour can be between red and brown - the street line 5.6 – 6.7 m - the distance from the neighbouring border min. 3,5 m, distance between the houses min. 7 m - the built-up area including paved surfaces max 40 % - enclosed area max. 25 % - +/- 0.00 max 0.3 m above or under the terrain Available: from November 2006
