Hostavice is very easily accessible both by car and by municipal transportation (by bus from the metro stations Hloubětín, Palmovka, Želivského, and Depo Hostivař, or from the tram end station - Spojovací). The complex is also conveniently located near to the railway station Prague - Dolní Počernice, from where you can reach Masarykovo nádraží (railway station) in 15 minutes. The apartment houses Jahodnice follow the original housing unit layout, which was designed in the thirties of the last century for individual family housing. Within the first stage by the summer 2008, 136 flats will be built sized from 1+ kitchenette to 4+ kitchenette; a section of the area will be dedicated to business and commercial use. Second phase will offer 137 units in 2 building houses C and D. The entire complex of residential semi-blocks, enclosed from three or four sides, allows transit to be both longitudinally and transversely oriented, so the greenery from the existing housing can inter-grow towards the Hostavický Stream. From the construction point of view, the majority of buildings will consist of three aboveground storeys and one set back storey. Conventional materials will be used for the construction; in particular, natural materials are used with lock fitting - accessories sprayed with zinc. In order to achieve more aesthetic look to the housing, the individual blocks shall be comprised of different colours, but at the same time blended in various tones of natural ochroid, blue-green, red, and grey colours. Parking spaces will be sited in underground garages under the entire ground plan of the housing blocks, during the first stage, we plan 138 parking spaces. Leisure zones and a great abundance of greenery will fashionably and richly complement the complex. The internal atriums of the blocks will be used for private and semi-private purposes and decorated with greenery, benches and resting places. A small square and a public park with a system of pedestrian paths were included in the original design. Cyclists are sure to have fun due to a cycling route, which cuts through the entire area in its northern part along the newly designed alley. Skanska Real Estate Office offers all those interested in the purchase of a flat the opportunity for funding using the Skanska Mortgage plan. In the Skanska Customer Centre and in the Congress Centre Vyšehrad, there is an exposition of the standard fittings, and clients have an opportunity to select the fittings and furnishing of the flat exactly in accordance with their individual taste and preferences.
