Architectonic layout of the premises is based on creating a high-quality residential environment without excessive disturbances and with sufficient light. The concept thus comes from an F-shaped layout. All objects have 4 above the ground floors and 1 underground floor. The 1st and 2nd above the ground floors have nine apartment units each, the 3rd and 4th above the ground floor have eight apartment units each. Interior equipment predetermines the units for comfortable family housing. The objects are connected to all standard utility networks: water supply, sewerage, hot water mains, power lines, and telephone. The northeast façade is divided by balconies. Large balconies are also located in the corners. Individual areas of the building will vary in their colors and materials. The predominant color will be natural light olive together with dark grey. The side walls of the west façade will be covered by boards of sand-orange color, while a grey plastering will be used for its front side. The same boards, however, this time red, will be used for the forefronts of the balcony railing and division line of the balconies on the northwest corner of the premises. The armored-concrete plates of the balconies have a color of a natural concrete. The complex will be completed with white plastic windows. Railings will be made of galvanized steel. Lightning of the staircases will be provided by glass-block wall. Vines will be planted on the forefront of the basement. Object is designed with a hall in the middle of the disposition; this hall makes accessible individual apartment units and basement booths in the northern section of the building. An elevator will facilitate movement between floors. The entrance is, together with bike/buggy room, moved to the terrain level for practical reasons. The underground floor will accommodate ventilated hall garages. The garages are connected to the access road via a ramp. Each house will provide the total of 33 parking spaces. The areas between individual buildings within the residential zone will have grass fields, which evenly verge into thicker greenery, retaining wall, and hedges on the northern side. The hedges also optically separate this area from the parking lot on the land of the neighbor. The construction has been started in June 2007. Expected completion of the construction: Buildings AB - Fall of 2008 Buildings CD - Spring of 2009. Last 15 apartments available (February 2009)!
